UPI, all major cards and netbanking through a secure payment gateway, or cash on delivery. A card or UPI payment is confirmed instantly and you'll get an email receipt.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed within one working day, and delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your pincode. Free delivery on orders over ₹499.
Where can I buy Kaffgum?
Direct from kaffgum.com. Kaffgum is pre-launch, so checkout is not open yet and nothing can be bought today — the catalogue and prices are real, the availability is not. Marketplace and quick-commerce listings come after the direct launch.
Is Kaffgum sold on marketplaces or quick-commerce apps?
Not yet. Kaffgum is pre-launch and will sell direct from kaffgum.com first; marketplaces and quick-commerce apps follow once the direct channel is running properly. Anyone offering it on one of those platforms today is not us.
Is delivery free on Kaffgum?
Free on orders over ₹499. Below that, standard charges apply and are shown at checkout before you commit.
When does Kaffgum charge my card?
When you pay at checkout — the payment is taken there and then, through a secure payment gateway. If we cannot ship your order, or you cancel before it is dispatched, you get the full amount back. Choose cash on delivery and nothing is charged until the tin is in your hands.
Can I return Kaffgum?
Yes, if the problem is on our side. Email team@kaffgum.com within 7 days of delivery if a sealed tin arrives damaged, wrong, expired or late, or if you find a fault once it is open, and we will refund you in full or send a replacement. Because it is food, an opened tin cannot be returned just for a change of mind. The full policy is at kaffgum.com/returns.

How should I store Kaffgum?
Somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight. It needs no refrigeration and will not melt in a pocket — that is what the dry coating is for. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
