Terms of service.
Kaffgum is pre-launch and checkout is not open yet. These terms apply to every order from the day it opens.
The product
Kaffgum is a caffeinated chewing gum. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for under 18s, or anyone pregnant or sensitive to caffeine. Read the label before use.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown in the total before you pay. We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery.
A prepaid order is charged when you pay and confirmed once the payment is verified. A cash-on-delivery order is confirmed when you place it, and you pay the courier when it arrives. Either way you receive an email confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item has sold out, or a price was shown in error — we will tell you, cancel it and refund anything you paid in full.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched: email team@kaffgum.com with your order number. A prepaid order is refunded in full. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but anything wrong with it is still covered by our returns policy.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Orders are packed within one working day, and delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your pincode. If an order arrives later than that, you may return it for a full refund, unless the delay was caused by events outside anyone’s control, such as floods or strikes.
Returns and refunds
Kaffgum is a food product, so returns are for problems on our side: a sealed tin that arrives damaged, wrong, expired or late, or a fault you can only find once it is open. Email team@kaffgum.com within 7 days of delivery. The full policy, including how refunds reach you, is on the cancellation and refunds page and forms part of these terms.
Using Kaffgum safely
Consume responsibly. Do not exceed three pieces in a day and do not combine with other high-caffeine products.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for Kaffgum being as described and safe to eat when used as directed. We are not responsible for harm caused by using it against the directions on the pack or on this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Your data
To sell you something we have to process personal data about you, and the terms of that are set out in full in our privacy notice, which forms part of this agreement. In short: we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; we process your details to take and deliver your order, to keep the records tax law requires, and for nothing else unless you have separately agreed to it.
Anything optional — marketing email, measurement, the checkout map — is asked for separately, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of buying. You can withdraw any of them at any time from the privacy notice or through the data rights request form, and withdrawing will not affect an order already placed. Withdrawal does not make unlawful what was lawful before it.
You may ask us for a summary of what we hold, to correct or erase it, or to nominate someone to act for you. A request to erase must be made while signed in as the address being erased, because deleting cannot be undone and an address typed into a form is not proof of anything; the other requests need no sign-in. Order and invoice records are the one exception to erasure: the CGST Act and the Income-tax Rules require us to keep them for eight financial years. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, our grievance contact is published in the privacy notice, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India without our permission.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to open an account or to order. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You agree not to enter another person’s details without their knowledge, and not to use the site to send anyone else data you have no right to share.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Complaints and governing law

You may also call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or use consumerhelpline.gov.in, and you can file a complaint with a Consumer Commission online at e-jagriti.gov.in.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to file a consumer complaint where you live or work.
