Terms of service.
The product
Kaffgum is a caffeinated chewing gum. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for under 18s, or anyone pregnant or sensitive to caffeine.
Orders & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. An order is confirmed once payment is verified, at which point you'll receive an email confirmation.
Delivery & returns
Orders ship within 24 hours. Being a food product, opened packs cannot be returned; unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Liability
Consume responsibly. Do not exceed three pieces in a day and do not combine with other high-caffeine products.
Your data
To sell you something we have to process personal data about you, and the terms of that are set out in full in our privacy notice, which forms part of this agreement. In short: we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; we process your details to take and deliver your order, to keep the records tax law requires, and for nothing else unless you have separately agreed to it.
Anything optional — marketing email, measurement, the checkout map — is asked for separately, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of buying. You can withdraw any of them at any time from the privacy notice or through the data rights request form, and withdrawing will not affect an order already placed. Withdrawal does not make unlawful what was lawful before it.
You may ask us for a summary of what we hold, to correct or erase it, or to nominate someone to act for you. A request to erase must be made while signed in as the address being erased, because deleting cannot be undone and an address typed into a form is not proof of anything; the other requests need no sign-in. Order and invoice records are the one exception to erasure: the CGST Act and the Income-tax Rules require us to keep them for eight financial years. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, our grievance contact is published in the privacy notice, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India without our permission.
You agree not to enter another person’s details without their knowledge, and not to use the site to send anyone else data you have no right to share.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
